Should I toss my cat out into the snow?

You need to get one of those laser pointer things. Move it around the floor and watch the cat go nuts chasing it. One of the funniest things you'll ever see.

My cat loved it at first, but after too many times of it disappearing just as she caught it, or somehow rising up through her paw, she is horribly paranoid now.:D Soon as she sees it, she gets a twitch and runs away. Funny, but she won't calm down for hours.[:/]

And the way they shake their feet after they come in from the snow is hillarious!

Women and cats will do as they please, and men and dogs should relax and get used to the idea.

Maybe you should try getting the cat to run into the snow using the laser pointer. That way you can fuck with kitty's head in two different ways at the same time! It'd be multi-disciplinary, kind of like a hybrid jump. Somebody please try this and let me know if it works. If you're really bored, you could get it on video.

Had a friend who put his cat in a pillowcase so it was laying on its back in the bottom of the pillowcase and twirled it in big arm circles (use a room with a high ceiling). Of course, I told him how wrong that was, but when the cat came out, it looked like Mary Lou Retton. Something about the fluid in the inner ear gets spinning and the cat just wants to do somersaults. Again, I did tell him how wrong it was as soon as I stopped laughing.
Shit happens. And it usually happens because of physics.

Dog in the pool trick is always fun.
Frisky just looks at the pool water, so we help her in. She swims out about as quick as it took us to throw her in.

Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. Guaranteed reaction- Dave Sonsky

i do that with my dog all the time. i always walk him in the park and have trained him to 'do his business' in the bushes so i don't have to pick it up. in the winter, everyone walks on a narrow path that ends up being a trench about 2 feet deep and he has a hard time getting out of it, so i pick him up and toss him (with a low arc) about 6-8 feet off the path. when the snow is soft, he pretty much disappears. he'll run around in circles a few times to make a nest of sorts, does his thing and then tries to swim back to me.

Someone did that to fox...it was really funny till they realized she couldn't swim. :o As her ass was heading to the bottom, Moma was to the rescue, luckly I was only 3 feet away. :)

Okay, who here has put a cat in a shoebox and exhaled the doobie into a little hole???:o Come on, admit it

One of my best friends in Houston has a cat that gets pissed if you leave him out of the rotation. He will sit on her lap hitting her in the chest until she gives him some.

I just drove up from the Hyatt in Alexandria, VA yesterday and we have 2ft. of snow here.
My Dogs went off the back deck and found out too late. (I dug them out.)
I had to make an area outside for them.
I guess I was used to living in The NY Mountains and my Dog then was an Alaskan Malmute.
