Cool pooch.
But why waste all that money on altimeters and audibles, just pull when the leash goes slack.;):)

What a sweet puppy.

My good friend is in the midst of raising a guide dog. She seems to think he will end up being an ATF dog instead of a guide dog. He is unbelievably smart..it's going to break her heart when he has to go. I always felt bad for him though because he cannot play and be a normal pup...

Hey, JT

Where you been? Good to see you got blue (blew?) The staple thing crossed my mind, but it was easier, less noisy and less messy to give 'Cuda (my yellow lab) a few bucks to lull her into a false sense of security, hypnotize her, and after pretending to fall asleep with her - get out of the way for the shot.

NO FAIR!!! That was too cute, and now I want a cute cuddly kind of dog. Problem is, one of my dogs is a hyperactive, happy Rottweiler who's only cuddly when she's almost asleep. The other is cuddly, but not that cute. Not a puppy; there's nothing like that puppy cute.

I agree with the other posters, that is one cute puppy.

But I am really impressed with you -- it takes a special sort of person to take in cute puppies, love them, train them and then give them back just when you have really become attached to them, just so someone else can have a guide/companion to help them in their daily lives.

Thank you for what you are doing, I know I could never do it. I'd want to keep those sweet good-natured dogs to myself.:$

Faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, more money.

Why do they call it "Tourist Season" if we can't shoot them?

Never say Never. Giving the first one back was pretty tough, but it gets easier (its not an option, the dog is the property of, and registered by The Seeing Eye)

Observing a "completed" animal being put through it's paces also put a different perspective on things. Not to mention the fact that if we got our own puppy everytime my lovely wife wanted one, we'd have 300 dogs!!!

Plus it give my big dog a hobby (as a chewtoy)
