Recommended Posts

I have officially declared today, Friday, February 21, 2003, "Officially Sick of Winter Day". We've had snow since around October 10th and it's -31 C (-24 F) here (Canadian Prairies) right now.

Enough already!!

we're above freezing today for the second time in a month, but there's two feet of snow on the runway and our plane is in montreal.

my name is malcolm and i am an altitude-aholic. it's been more than three months since my last jump, and it's about three more until my next. i'm sick of it!:S

edited to respond to the previous post: piss off! ;)

Well, I agree.....but I must add that our winter has been mild, nothing compared to yours! I'm looking forward to two weeks in Arizona in April!

winter? WTF are you talking about? I've been surfing every week for the last 3 months. Just got a new board yesterday, gotta get a long fin and a leash for it though..

It did rain last week, and I've got some spots, and dirt on wheel wells... such a pain in the ass.

Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. Guaranteed reaction- Dave Sonsky

what did YOUR groundhog say, Murray? Manitoba's in for an early spring... right now would be nice;).

Have you done any winter jumping? We've tried but it's been clouds or frozen avionics :( .. and now the plane is in pieces being painted.

I'm off to NoCal (Bay area) for a family visit in a week. +15 will feel like shorts weather!! Today I'm gonna confirm that my wide-ass racer container can be jammed through all the hoops at the airport. Gear rental + checkout dives in US$'s would turn me into a golfer pdq. Gotta save something for the Local economy in April

I'm on the 'list' now? Cool! But.....our winters are so drab and dreary here, it just hasn't been very cold this year......so far. I'm really looking forward to Spring and some warm, sunny skies. LOL, about the car doors freezing up, that's happened to me before;).

I'll agree to being sick of winter. But, I must say that today is a beautiful day. Nice blue skies and I could actually feel the warmth from the sun when I went of for a coffee.
