mouth 0 #3 February 27, 2003 Did that the day my divorce was final. I have everything laid out all legal like for each of my girls. They each inherit a portion of what I have at 18, 25, and 30. It will remain in trust with an executor until that time. College is taken care of with stipulations for funds requests from either child for various other needs/wants. (They can each purchase an AFF program and new gear if they wish to take up jumping.)
