Off To The Gym

I've been going to the gym 5 days a week. I'm doing Fitness Training for my Senior Project so this is my training schedule. I got a personal trainer and everything. One more week of "Warm Up" training and then I start the hard stuff...I THOUGHT THIS WAS HARD ENOUGH!!! :D Wow...yeah by the time summer comes around I'm gonna be irresistable ;):P I've lost about 15lbl in almost 3 weeks. I don't drink soda anymore and I won't eat anything unhealthy (like candy or hot dogs or anything like that). The cool thing is I'm not struggling with the diet thing at all, something clicked and now I WANT to eat healthy...this KICKS ASS. Anyway I thought I would share, blue skies all.
