They are skydivers willing to sacrafice their time to deal with red tape paper work bullshit aspect of jumping we normaly don't have to deal with. I'm not saying he actually had an attitude problem though. Also, other things may have been going on at the office at the time that he called. Maybe she just found out her dog died, maybe her boss was standing in her office yelling at her, maybe she had 6 other people on other lines wanting immediate attention also. If so many other people are saying they didn't have this problem when they called, then maybe it's an isolated incident. Maybe we should look at it with a different perspective and give the girls a break.
