MrHixxx 0 #1 March 5, 2003 Finally after a month of haggling and research, the insurance company called me today about my workman comp's claim. I am going to get my knee surgery done on Monday of next week. So, it looks like I may not miss much of this year at all unless they find more damage with the scope... All the same, my stress level is receeding a bit with the news that it is getting attention. I am definately a bit "hung-over" from all the haggling I had to do to get the company to file it. It pisses me that they wouldn't do anything until I had consulted a lawyer.
