If you just want nutrients and don't really care if you're getting a good, hearty meal, go buy a case of Slim-fast. It's a meal in a can. I have it for lunch everytime I'm out at the dz. I even bought some when I went to CA because I was on a tight budget too. It'll cost you less that $1 a can. I also suppliment it with fruit and breakfast bars when it starts getting warmer. Also make sure you buy a case of bottled water. I think Sebastian has well water out there, and it's nasty. Slim fast/fruit etc just doesn't get rid of that hunger feeling I was hoping for a McD's or something. Stacy 0 #12 March 5, 2003 close to the DZ (you'll still need a car though) there is a grocery store with a deli and a walgreens (drug store). a little further is a subway, stuckeys and mcdonalds is further down yet. ordering pizza doesn't involve a car and is done frequently, at least last summer it was. If you're talking about at the DZ, well, you can always buy luncheon meat and bread and store it in the fridge. Get a good firm bread, it feels like more food.
