Gawain 0 #1 March 11, 2003 Browsing through The Times of London online today, and found an article about Libya, its role in the Pan Am bombing over Lockerbie and a final settlement. It's a short article that outlines a basic step-by-step process that has occurred, with what appears to be real compliance by a not-so-good dictator (albeit, he didn't need to learn a second lesson after US actions) and a government that appears to be ready to open itself with the world community.So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright 'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life Make light!
