Good vibes needed.

Recommended Posts

My Aunt Ruthie died last night. I can't tell you how much this woman meant to me. She was only 67. She was in a wheelchair for 42 years due to Rheumatoid Arthritis. She never lost her sense of humor or her spirit. Always positive and laughing. Because of her, as a little kid, I was never afraid of handicapped people. I remember her always answering my little kid questions about her disease.

Her last name was Horr. She used to always say that she was the only woman who had to get married to become a "Horr." That memory still makes me laugh.

This is a hard one. My world is a little darker today.

Chris, I'm sorry to hear that. She sounds like a wonderful woman who brought some sunlight to the world.

Sorry to hear about your loss, Chris. In this time of sadness for your family, help them to remember her positive spirit and celebrate her.:)

Oh, Chris...I am so sorry to hear of your aunt's passing. Remember, though, she's never farther away than your heart, and lives in your smiles. If you need anything, all you need to do is ask.

Many hugs, Chris. And many prayers for you and yours.

My condolences, and best wishes for you and the rest of your family.

Edit to add: Also, good vibes to you. I hope that remaining affairs settle themselves without any significant difficulty (such things like that have caused tension in my family, shifting focus)
So I try and I scream and I beg and I sigh
Just to prove I'm alive, and it's alright
'Cause tonight there's a way I'll make light of my treacherous life
Make light!

Hey thanks folks.:)
I'm trying to keep busy at work. As I said, this is a tough one and only 10 months after my uncle's passing. I know it's part of life, but for now, I am numb.

It's great to have dz.com to visit. Each day I appreciate each "character" here more and more.:)

Tons of good vibes and hugs my friend.

My granny passed away almost 2 years ago already and believe me, I still get the teary eye when I think of her.

The good thing is that now WE have someone watching us from heaven.

Hey folks, thanks again for the vibes. It really does help.:)
Anyway, I wanted to share something a friend of mine emailed to me upon the news of my Aunt's death. I think it is very profound.

Isn't this the truth ........
