Higher Jump Ticket Prices On The Way?

Recommended Posts

ya, my dzo has been talking about haveing to put a "ser charge" on top of the regualar jump prices. like they still will be 20 bucks, but then have like a dollar or 2 dollar ser charge, now this will only happen if the gas prices go way up, and she's not making at least 3 (or was it 5) bucks a head.

i'm not too worried, i'll still have my free 30 a month, and then if i make more than that i get them at a large discout (then + the ser charge if there is one). if you are saying WTF about now, and wondering how i'm getting this PM me.

>that blows!!!!!

Yep. If we didn't have the "SUV exception" to the CAFE rules, we would now have an oil glut, and prices would be nothing near $2/gallon. Heck, if everyone just got a car the next time they buy one that gets just 10% better mileage, we'd solve the problem within a year.

That's just NOT acceptable. :D Just for you Bill....I'm buying a new car soon. I'm seriously considering a VW with the TDI diesel. Around 50MPG on the highway. Of course....I'll still have my 18MPG (Highway) Jeep for nice weather top off or snowy winter weather. The VW would ROCK for long trips though.

If he takes a few wells with him as he goes, expect higher gas prices for quite some time - with the higher jump prices to go with it. It's not much of a sacrifice, really, considering what some people in our armed forces will sacrifice for us.

i believe I saw somehting on cnn that the marines have got that base covereed so that Sado om dosn't have another 1000 bonfires @ earths expense.

Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. Guaranteed reaction- Dave Sonsky

I am very aware of the sacrifices that our troops are facing and would be willing to pay what ever the jumps go to. I am not one to bitch about oil prices and forget about troops we have over there serving our country. I too did a tour of duty and stand behind everything we are doing.
