I Swam a crappy 1:10 in my 100 Fly part of the 400 medly relay, 26.4 in my 50 Free, and a 2:32 in my 200m Butterfly (its a swimming stroke not a piece of my pants Dave) I droped 10 seconds on my 200 fly!!!!!
