AggieDave 6 #1 March 23, 2003 Ever have those? Little things that are very normal in real life, but all of a sudden, after years of being exposed to it, you get a little epiphany about it. So here I am, typing a reply-to post, typing quickly so I can get my point across and keep going, when I realize that I'm just talking in my head and my fingers are just doing their thing on the keyboard, translating my thoughts to written word. This is going fairly fast (I type around 90 wpm), but I have to stop, look at my hands, look at the keyboard and sort of laugh at myself, since I had just had one of those minor epiphanies (yeah a stupid one, but hey, its there). The epiphany is that of how pervasive typewriters and now computers have become in our lives that someone can learn something as unnatural as typing and be able to do it very quickly and without having to give it any thought. This was another late night random/odd post brought to you in part by David Lund.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
