Damn I am good

Recommended Posts

I got a speeding ticket while in South Padre a few weeks ago. Now, in the state of Texas you can take defensive driving to get the ticket dismissed. You can only do this ones in a one year period. I took defensive driving for another ticket last Sept. (120 in a 55 on a motorcycle). I was just on the phone with the judge and convinced him to let me take it again. hehe...

When you get pulled over, spill lots of water on your pants, tell the officer you just pissed on yourself and are trying to get home to change....that should work....

if you run out of defensive driving courses, write the judge a letter requesting "deferred adjudication" if he/she grants it, you pay the ticket, court costs, don't get another ticket in that precient for 90 days, they keep your money, the ticket goes in "file 13" and done deal. alwasy asks for this first, ddc's are a pain.

I have a friend who would cry when she was pulled over. Sometimes it worked, sometimes it didn't. I could never muster tears because I was too pissed off for being pulled over! Now I've about decided it's almost worth it to just pay the ticket. I hate that Defensive Driving Course!! (I've taken it eight times!):$

Or you can be like me and smile at the officer and make sure my dress is short and the top low w/o a bra. I haven't gotten a ticket since the day I turned 18.B|

This alone makes me want to go into law enforcement, with a hope, just a hope I get to pull Mouth over...:$:P

Ah! Charm.

I used to love that approach. Now, remember, back then I was a 300 pound kevlar love-machine, and cuties like Mouth thought it was a lock that they could smile fat-boy out of anything. I'd proceed to write the ticket and when they got to the point of calling me a son-of-a-bitch and start making donut shop comments I'd suggest that they press hard, cause their signature had to show on all three copies.

If they stayed charming right though, and they had no violations in the last two years, they'd usually just get a warning, like everybody else that got pulled over.B|

Driving around, listening to the radio, looking for trouble. I tell you folks, it's a great gig, and they are all hiring:)

actually not. the time invested in a ddc and paying the ticket and court costs are about the same, plus the deferred adjudication keeps a clean driving record! which equate into lower insurance rates. this is the first i'm hearing 30 days though, it's always been 90, huh!

i've taken DD 7 times and have been on deferred twice ( yes ladies and gentlemen, people like me should not be on the road, but for some reason they let me), and the defered was 30 days each time. i have however heard of it being as long as 6 months.

Damn I am just unlucky!!!

About 4 months ago the dodgy carb in my Dad's car went mental and fired me into the back of a car at a set of lights. No damage to their car, it didn't move (only about 1ft between cars), only a slight dent on my bonnet/hood, so I thought it would be okay.

Turns out it was an undercover police car on their way somewhere important, I get questioned for driving without due care and attention (2 weeks until I'm officially off the hook), have to go in to give a statement under caution the next day, then get sued by the two fat pigs in the car for whiplash (which is impossible to sustain without 10mph acceleration/deceleration force - I hit them at 1-2 mph).

End result: Dad's car scrapped, our insurance goes up shitloads due to the £10,000 paid out, I now have no respect for those in authority (not that I did anyway).

But, I have their names and addresses, so I may just get my Dad's 4x4 and "finish the job" - BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!!!!

Just want to get this in before Deuce jumps on me!!!

My comment on authority and references to police officers was only abou those here in the UK. They are known for being institutionally corrupt and racist (I have so much proof it's just not true), so everyone hates them. I'm sure you are honest and upstanding, just don't go around feeling some sense of loyalty to your British brothers in law enforcement.

I once got a warning by an officer for pulling something similar:

It was around Sept last year, and I-5 had lots and lots of construction happening. So I found a back road to bypass all that traffic. The plan worked for like 2 weeks and then other people of course found it.

Well traffic got backed up on my escape route. So one evening my bladder was on high tide. And one can hold it till you'ze can't holdz no more. So I pulled off on the side of the road and relieved myself. Next thing I know, a bike cop was standing behind me.

Let's just say he didn't give me a pen to sign the summon.:)

Pop,
I'm glad you got off with a slight slap...lol. Now, funny story time...I was in La once and flying down the hiway. Ran into a roadside drug/alcohol testing area about where Slidell is and the cop handed me a small bottle to pee in. I noticed that he had run out of rubber gloves cause the little box was empty so I took the bottle, urinated in it and then ON it...real quick handed it back to him and he bare-handed it...it took about 3 seconds for him to notice it was wet...lol. I got a real ass chewing but the test was over - I passed and he had to let me go...lol.

I have nothing to add to the thread except to say that today, damn, I am good too. B|

Actually, I can add somthing. I was pulled over last week. Not for speeding though. The poor cop looked like he was afraid to talk to me; he kept "honey" and "sweetie"-ing me the entire time. Then he told me to have a great day. Probably felt guilty for pulling a sweet girl such as myself over for no real reason.
