mnischalke 0 #26 March 31, 2003 Around Level 4 (Cat D) about the perfect place to take a breather if you have issues. Trust me on that. I took months off b/c of traveling and just did one Cat D jump (which we planned some Cat E stuff into, just in case). It all worked out like I never missed a beat. Michele 1 #27 March 31, 2003 QuoteDamn sounds like I need to go break my arm.. Nope, not me. I've got Chad on one side, and as you have read in the "Dumb" post, he is less than useless.... Angela is on the other, and she's 84, and thinks Carter's still the president...I keep all her spare keys so when she forgets to bring them with her, Chad doesn't have to break down the door (which he did once) to get her inside.... Nope, no gutter cleaning for me, no arm breaking for me..... But glad about the neighbor thing, and even though it's a movie you've already seen, it doesn't mean you've seen it with *him*...have fun!!! peppermint 0 #28 March 31, 2003 How many months did you take off? I didn't think you were supposed to do that. Glad it turned out good for you. The flowing wave returns not, nor does the passing hour.

mnischalke 0 #33 March 31, 2003 I took *months* off. My instructor was the guy who wrote the SIM, and I was heads-up, so we reviewed a lot and evolved a recurrency jump out of it. No sweat. I just remember him telling me, "If you are gonna have to stop jumping for a while, this is the place to do it." --meaning the place in the progression. You'll be fine. mike Girls only want boyfriends who have great skills--You know, like nunchuk skills, bow-hunting skills, computer-hacking skills. ChileRelleno 0 #34 March 31, 2003 Injury is "Non skydiving related" no pity from this guy. What a MORON, breaking your arm cleaning out your rain gutters! GEEEEZZ, I'd atleast come up with a better story than that... Something with more pizzazz. No, I really do hope you heal quickly with no complications so you can come back and break something while "Skydiving". Photos, X-Rays... We want carnage! Lets see the damage! Sympathy is reserved for "SKYDIVING INJURIES" not for lameass injuries incurred while being domestic. Luminous 0 #36 March 31, 2003 Another skydiving related injury. Your weren't skydiving, and you got injured!! On the plus side, besides the neighbor thing, you now have been shown it's safer to skydive than perform any other activity. Have a nice dinner. What are you planning on serving for desert? peppermint 0 #37 March 31, 2003 Do you really think I should supply dessert? I only have use of one hand! I think I do have stuff for strawberry shortcake will that do? Maybe I'll get lucky and he'll have to feed me. Another plus to this whole situation is that I was supposed to meet someone Saturday night. I've been talking to him online and got a funny feeling about him the other day (I posted about that) and wasn't sure I should meet him. Fate dropped in, or I dropped in on fate, I don't know, but haven't talked to e-boy since. Now it's all about neighbor boy! The flowing wave returns not, nor does the passing hour. skycat 0 #39 April 1, 2003 I feel your pain girl....I broke my wrist snowboarding last december 3 days before I was to head to eloy for a skydiving vacation. Of course it had to be my right wrist so pulling was out of the question. I was lucky though, got my cast off in 4 weeks, although it took another 4 weeks for it to feel 100%. Now it just aches every once in awhile. The hydrocodone they gave me didn't work for shit, it was weak perscription (my midol has more mgs). So a took a few aleve and felt no pain. As soon as you can though quit taking pain pills, my Doctor said they can slow down healing.....not sure if it's true or not, but after the 1st week I didn't touch another one. Good luck with your arm, hope it does as well as my wrist.Fly it like you stole it!
