kevin922 0 #1 April 2, 2003 Well the movie Phonebooth is opening on Friday.. after waiting TWO YEARS to release it.. it was originally supposed to be released in november of 2001, but because it was shot in NYC they thought it was unappropriate.. so they moved it to november of 2002 which was around the time of the great sniper shootings in my back yard.. so since the movie is about a sniper, they deemed it inappropriate.. so FINALLY it is being released this friday. They interviewed the director.. and get this, the entire movie took 12 days of shooting.. that's it! 10 days in NYC and 2 days in other places.. that's nuts.. 12 days of shooting took 2 years to release :( I think it looks good, however I don't like movies that don't change the scenery much.. sitting in a phone booth for 2 hours just seems a little.. boring to me.
