konradptr 0 #1 April 2, 2003 The US Navy today announced that it has released a senior terrorist after questioning him extensively for 27 days while he was held prisoner aboard a US aircraft carrier in the Arabian Sea. In a humanitarian gesture the terrorist was given $50 US and a white Ford Fairlane automobile upon being released from custody. The attached photo shows the terrorist on his way home just after being released by the Navy. If you've seen it on dz.com 10+ times already, I am sorry.. ------------------------------------------ Getting banned isn't that bad......

jannu 0 #6 April 2, 2003 Hello... I hope they drained the oils and gas out of that Ford before launching it into the sea...
AggieDave 6 #7 April 2, 2003 I doubt 10gal of gas and 4qts of oil are going to do that much damage. What about jets jettisoning fuel over the ocean and lakes and stuff?--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." jannu 0 #8 April 2, 2003 yep you're right... kind of.. It's the same thing as lots of people think when they dump their old motor oils underground at the backyard or the desert or whatever.. "Like this small quantity is going to do any harm..." As much as I like skydiving (hey! 5 jumps ) it every once in a while occurs me that it's polluting the air we breath.. Kinda like the thing with ciggies... wouldn't want to pollute the air also non-smokers around me are breathing...
