BikerBabe 0 #1 April 9, 2003 OK, only for a while. I have to send in my canopy for a reline, and I don't wanna! I like it too much! waaah! I've been putting it off as it is, but I know I have to let it go for a while...that old adage about "if you love someone, set her free...." Ugh, I wish a local rigger could do it, but seeing how the canopy is handmade and each one was slightly different, I feel better sending it back to Brian. I just hate to not have my Jedei to jump!!! Oh well, back to the stilleto for a while...Never meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup!

BikerBabe 0 #3 April 9, 2003 argh, I know. Luckily I still have my stilletto in the closet, I can switch it over. I just like flying the Jedei so much better. jmpnkramer 0 #4 April 9, 2003 Yeah well it is better to be safe than sorry. I fly a Jedei as well and I waited too long to get my lines changed and it ended up putting me down for two years. Hell I live right here and see Brian all the time. Oh well, I made a decision and had to live with it. I am jumping now that is all that matters. I have not decided on waiting for the Sensai(SP) or just getting a samurai. Although my Jedei is in awesome shape for its age. It still flies beautifully too. Did they give you an estimate on how long it would take? Take Care and enjoy the new line set. The REAL KRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMER! "HESITATION CAUSES DEATH!!!" Stacy 0 #5 April 9, 2003 Brian will have it back in no time. I had him reline mine last summer, had it out on a monday morning and he had it back to me the following wednesday. only had to borrow a teammate's heatwave for one weekend. thank goodness. BikerBabe 0 #6 April 9, 2003 No estimate on when, but your story is good to know, Stacy. It may take a little longer for me since I'm 1500 miles away, though... I spoke to Michele on the phone and she said "as soon as we can". Never meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup! Michele 1 #7 April 10, 2003 Hye, you pixie! You'll be back in the air in no time, under that cute canopy of yours... They'll have her relined and back home as soon as they can, you know? Oh, and how'd your husband do at his race? I never heard! Ciels- Michele ~Do Angels keep the dreams we seek While our hearts lie bleeding?~

BikerBabe 0 #9 April 10, 2003 Michele, he qualified 15th (which is awesome) but during the race a guy bumped him and forced him over a curbing, which bent both rims and caused his tires to go flat. So he didn't even finish. He was really disappointed. Never meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup!
