Last night Gen Gene Renuard said at central command in Qatar: “MOAB is available to us to use anywhere.

“We would not want to take away from any commander the opportunity to use anything he wants on the battlefield. We leave it to his recommendation.”

That is interesting about two weeks ago I heard that the military was concerned that if they used the MOAB they would have a hard time convincing people in the Middle East that it wasn't a nuclear bomb. But hey if they need to use it, that's what it is there for.
