He bought several rounds, Of course he said "my ed that's quite a grown up drink you have there (dirty vodka martini) and I said well I'm quite the fucking grown up at 37. Everything was great from then on. I didn't buy a drink from then on out. LIfe is great most of the time. It's that small percentage that sucks ass.
