weid14 0 #1 April 13, 2003 so there I was skiing Whistler/Blackcomb on kind of a last minute trip to meet my east coast ski-school friends. they arrived (late, it was last weekend and the weather in the east sucked) and we immediately headed up whistler to the bowls. once there we started finding things to jump off, and the chutes/cornice's/cliffs kept getting a little higher... so on the last one its a double jump, basically a 8 foot drop, then another 6 feet or so off a smaller cornice. I landed the second one, but compressed and my right knee hit the underside of my right arm, I skied out and stopped, tingly arm/hand. I actually thought I may have broke my upper arm. well, it's been a week, and just now the black and blue is starting to come out, and it hurts more than last week, I'm thinking I may have actually fractured the thing....... which sucks. there that's my little story. skymama 37 #2 April 13, 2003 Sorry to hear you're hurting, Dave. Want me to kiss it and make it feel better? It works on my kids! Just goes to show you should stick to a safe sport like skydiving. She is Da Man, and you better not mess with Da Man, because she will lay some keepdown on you faster than, well, really fast. ~Billvon
