My Guy....My Friend

Recommended Posts

I'm just curious as to how many people out there consider their spouse or significant other to be their best friend.

I can honestly say that my boyfriend is my best friend. We are so much alike and we connect on so many different levels. I've never felt this close to anyone. I can tell him anything. We might have different views on some things, but I know he listens to me with an open mind. I know that he will love and support me in whatever I choose to do.

I consider myself very fortunate to have found my best friend in the man I love. Thanks Greg!:)

Absolutely so-- John is best friend and the love of my life- I also consider myself the luckiest person on the earth to have met him-- he, on the other hand, says that it is not luck, but that we were destined for each other (happy sigh):$B| And the best of the best? He's a skydiver, too...;)

I'm really very gentle, no matter what my kung-fu teacher says... he is giving me a reputation I do not deserve!

So what happens when you break up with your boyfriend who is also your best friend......do you remain best friends?

That is the only way to have a strong relationship ....Above and beyond all you have to be very good and close friends. The rest is icing on the cake :)
 In my case he is more then just my best friend...he is my partner in crime too!!!! B|
I could think of anyone else that I would want to spend my life with! :P

My take on this is that if your spouse is NOT your best friend, you must live in a very unhappy, unhealthful house.

Love, friendship, and respect are the cornerstones of a great relationship. Remove any one of the three, and the result is something that is shakier than a two-legged stool and just as uncomfortable.

Faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, more money.

Why do they call it "Tourist Season" if we can't shoot them?
