recommended firewire dv card

Hi ppl

whats the best cost effective firewire/dv editor card ?

i'll have a few hours to do some shopping on my way to NYC so i'll stop in a circuit city/best buy or something like that...

and one last thing, firewire cards and DV software dont mind if my cam is NTSC or PAL, right ?

Check out Pinnacle

I saw it at Costco recently for something like $40-50. Pretty good deal IMO.
