I definitely dont mind being challenged in the water, thats always what Im looking for. As far as skydiving, its pretty unusual that I even started doing that in the first place, on any level. You gotta be pretty fucking brave to be on a skydiving team, and Im not pretty fucking brave. Ive gotten to the point where I can do an AFF-1 without really worrying about it I think, which not long ago I really didnt see myself doing. Around here, thats childs play, for me, thats a huge accomplishment, and I do mean huge. Think of me as someone who is handicapped, I have these phobias, and cant do certain things that most other people can do. Can you go under a large bridge or a long tunnel without freaking out? My guess is, probably so, probably wouldnt bother you a bit, Ill freak out like you cant imagine. Going out the door of an airplane is a phobia. Right now you can't do it and you get freaked out because you say you can't do it and you get freaked out. It's all in your head like somebody put a voodoo curse on you, but in this case you did it to yourself. A handicap isn't a real issue in skydiving. I've seen people skydive without the use of their arms or legs or even without their sight. Those are pretty big freaking handicaps and those people all see skydiving as a liberation of the petty little things that hold them back.
