I've done a complete main and reserve inspection in one of the hallways here at work. I had to get help to hold the canopy up above the cubes so I could look at it all the way.

I was once accused of running a gear store from my cube.

I just finished packing my rig a short time ago. I use the gym because of the space. The kids all stand around and watch and ask questions. So far the boss has said nothing.

I've packed all sorts of stuff at work, I don't even know how many different types of canopies, just about every different container brand, hell I've even packed tandems at work.

No way. Hardly anyone knows I even skydive at work. Everyone is too uptight anyway. Those few who do know I jump stay away from me. They're afraid of me or something. Kinda like "stay away from crazy plane jumper guy"

I used to do it all the time at the firehouse....fun to scare my fellow firefighters at the time...they still think I am nuts...good think i dont work there anymore...

Sure do, I use a nice carpeted conference room for packing and once assembled a main in the instrument shop utilizing overhead shelves to hold it up. But at nite I'm the boss. Glen.

Every once in a while I do, In our R&D office area. I get lots of spectators and even more questions, from guys with Ph.ds, no less. It amazes me how difficult explaining a reletively simple mechanism can be to a person with that much knowedge crammed into thier skull.

My new rig should be here in a couple of weeks just in time for me to start my new work cycle . The upside tho is that my first week is on nites so im just gonna pack and repack it constantly so that when i go jump it the first time its easier to cram the ZP in!!
