KawiZX900 0 #1 April 25, 2003 These are some photo's of Holly's surf board, she never had a chance to see it. She discussed it's design with Stony as it was being built, and I stopped in the surf shop once or twice a week and would call her to let her know how beautiful it was, and tease her to hurry up and get out to San Diego. I brought the board to her viewing and her family had it set up next to her casket. I'm glad I got the opportunity to say good bye, but I'd much rather seen her waxin her longboard with some Sticky Bumps, stuff smells like laffy taffy but better. Makes you want to eat your board when the sun hits it. I got her crackin out on Sticky Bumps for a minute or two. Was looking forward to the seeing her experience the challenge and the joy that is the ocean. Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds. wmw999 2,589 #6 April 25, 2003 That's a beautiful board -- but where's the lime green? What a great idea to bring it to Arizona. butwhen 0 #14 April 25, 2003 Holly was super jazzed about her surfboard. She looked at surfing just like she did skydiving a few years ago. She would have been very pleased with the board, it was totally Holly. Thanks for sharing it with us, I know she was smiling and saying to her self, "damn, there went some bucks for something I'll never get to use." and then she would crack that beautiful smile and say "but it's all good, it's a BAD ASS girlie girlie board." very Blue Skies!! KawiZX900 0 #15 April 25, 2003 just caught the longest ride I've ever had on a wave with Holly's board! She'd have been all over this thing! I just wish I'd been able to see her out there jammin on it, she'd be hanging 10 over the nose in no time. Beautiful ride! out there riding I felt completely connected and know in my heart she is doing fine... I just wish we still had the girl's laughter, voice and grins. It'd be so much easier to see the beauty that way. Accelerate hard to get them looking, then slam on the fronts and rollright beside the car, hanging the back wheel at eye level for a few seconds.
