The idea of the picture and what others are pointing out is just because they vocalized their disdain for GW Bush they have been accused of many things (treason, un-American, etc). Somehow I don't think if they said skydving (or anything else) was wrong that they would get death threats, people burning/crushing their CD's, people telling them they were sleeping with the enemy, or the rest of that comical rhetoric that stunk of book burnings and censorship. The overwhelming violent reaction that many people had to them practicing their freedom of speech is disgusting and more un-American than anything these women did or said. Since when is it wrong, illegal, or an act of treason to speak against or mock the President??? If that is so, someone should go arrest Dana Carvey for making fun of the original Pres. Bush, and while you are at get the rest of the SNL and MadTV casts for the same offense. By everyone making a bigger deal about what they said, you have given their voice more power and more attention. Most of the country would have missed what they said. Everyone needs to lighten up on this stuff. It is their opinion - which they have a right to have and express. They said it, it was published and the press ran with it. Would you want a few thousand people threatening you and your family because of your opinion? I didn't think so. Please, disagree with them, and loudly voice that opinion.
