AggieDave 6 #18 May 4, 2003 Score, you got more back then I did this year. Then again, I wasn't able to work a whole lot for the first half of the year and I didn't work for a while after I blew my knee up, so it makes sense... Funny how we get excited to get our own money, that we previously made, back from the government withOUT intrest paid to it... --"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." bobsled92 0 #20 May 5, 2003 Quote OUCH!! whats your yearly income? Thats a SHITLOAD of taxs!! also i broke down and used some of my return to buy the full version of BattleField 1942 Fact is , you have your taxes taken out in a correctly deducted method through out the year. I'm not that close to "correct" deductions stillBig trade offs come with big returns: My average return can buy me a new (complete)rig with cypres each year but, the amount they keep could buy me a new car each year. Bottom line: The less (like under $1,000) that you get as "return", the better, 'cause it means they didn't keep it from you all year long (without interest=ie. big returns)_______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/
wmw999 2,587 #21 May 5, 2003 I got too much back; it means I'm making an interest-free loan. One thing about making an interest free loan like this is that at least they're unlikely to default. Other loans can go worse Wendy W. There is nothing more dangerous than breaking a basic safety rule and getting away with it. It removes fear of the consequences and builds false confidence.
