Casch 0 #1 May 16, 2003 Alright this is buggin' me. I have been trying to find out which eye is dominant. The following instructions are what I followed to figure it out. Find a distant object, focus on that object and point at it, like you're aiming a gun. Now, close one eye. If the image seems to move from the target, then the eye you closed is the dominant eye. If you are still pointing at the object with the one eye closed, then the open eye is the dominant one. Ok here's the problem. When I "take aim" and I am focusing on the distant image with the image of my pointing hand in peripheral vision, there are 2 images of my hand. I tend to aim with the image on the left which is seen by my right eye. But so far, no one else see's two images of their hand. What I see when I focus on the distant object with my hand "in the frame", is the clear distant object. And two semi transparent images of my hand. Neither image is more opaque or solid than the other. They are slightly out of focus (i.e. blurry) but there are TWO!!! Is this normal or am I some kind of freaky mutant!?!@?!
