PhillyKev 0 #1 May 16, 2003 If you never played the video game...it's twisted. If Alice in Wonderland was supposed to represent an acid trip, he turned it into a PCP nightmare. Here's another creation by American McGee (which was quickly quashed by American Greetings, but it's already on the 'net, no stopping it now. Guest #3 May 16, 2003 QuoteCool game, I've played. Me too. It's in the "cheap software" section in some stores for $10 (but in the case of "Alice", "cheap" doesn't mean "poor". It's a well-made and very twisted version of Lewis Carroll, and it's a challenging game to play."The mouse does not know life until it is in the mouth of the cat." Its a comic from www.penny-arcade.com bashing American McGee. They make pretty funny web comics if your a gamer. I visit their sight often. And yes American Greetings did try to get all legal on their ass.

lurch 0 #8 May 16, 2003 I have it on my box. Its got to be one of the most beautiful games I ever played, incredibly well done. Bummer it never took off...my few complaints with it involve the weapons effects and power consumption, (most of the weapons are mostly useless...I stick with the knife the jack in the box bombs and the jacks) character's reaction time, (slow as hell) and somewhat clumsy movement scheme (fall off shit a lot). You'll go crazy as alice trying to win, and the game is looong. A major virtual journey, and none of it is boring.Live and learn... or die, and teach by example.
