dgskydive 0 #1 May 15, 2003 Click Check this out. We lost our friend Claude (Bad Spot Bills brother) to cancer about a month ago. This is his ash dive taken on May 10th. Somewhere around 6k. The joke was on us, they gave us an intentional bad spot out of a Dc-3 from 13k. Serves us right for just climbing out. I guess the bad spot was one of his last wishes. He made it up to us by leaving free beer and dinner at the Bombshelter. I'm the one in the blue jumpsuit right behind the guy with the ashes. Calude only made one tandem but was a huge part of Perris Valley tradition. For those of you how have been here, he was the guy with the voice box driving the pick up and getting drunk at the end of the bar.
