Federal agents raided Chong's California business in February. They said they found financial records linking Chong to the bong sales. "Dude, open the door...it's Tommy, man...I think the Feds are coming..." "Tommy...? Tommy's not here" "C'mon on man, open the door....it's Tommy" "Tommy....Tommy's not here" "I'm Tommy...it's me, man...now open the door - I think the Feds are on to us!" "Tommy's not here, man" and then the Feds turned the corner and nabbed him still trying to get Cheech to open the door!! Kahurangi e Mahearangi, Kiwi, RB #926, AFF-I, FAA Snr. riggerrob 643 #11 May 15, 2003 And this happened the same week Canada was considering de-criminalizing posession of small amounts of marijuana? Too bad the Yanks won't let us write laws for our own citizens. I guess Canada will just end up with another meaningless law on the books that everyone (cops, courts and crooks) ignores. I have not smoked in the last decade. I just do not see the point to wasting trees to write laws that have no meaning.

bobsled92 0 #16 May 16, 2003 This is pitiful crap. 450 years of Family, people paid for "THe Law of The Lands",I was conceived and born to be an "Enforcer of Law" yet, I still can not see how ANY pipe without resin or evidence of banned substances in them,--can be an illegal item in possession, sale or held with intent to sell. It is abuse of the laws that were written on this matter. I have gotten used to not being "the one that doesn't wear the Badge" but, recent politics that have our good men wasting their careers doing Politicians bidding for "re-elections", has made it a lot easier for me to not feel that sorrowful_______________________________ If I could be a Super Hero, I chose to be: "GRANT-A-CLAUS". and work 365 days a Year. http://www.hangout.no/speednews/
Dumpster 0 #17 May 16, 2003 Y'know, pipe fittings available at any hardware store, can be quickly and easily made into about any combination and used to smoke anything- When I was a kid we called 'em "Plumbers' pipes" -- You make a good point - Unless there is evidence it has been used, it's nothing but an object- Nothin but a brass 90 deg. street elbow-- From what I understand, 1/4" drive deepwell sockets make for popular paraphernalia- We better shut down Sears, and Snap-on, etc--- Easy Does It
