anj4de 0 #1 March 20, 2012 Hello all Does anybody know if a used 300sqft F-111 canopy (Falcon) fits into a Dolphin D6 container? The D6 is specified up to 280sqft...but this would include a new ZP canopy with all the air packed into it...am I right? Not sure, so please share your experiences and opinions. thanks UweFor once you have tasted flight you will walk the earth with your eyes turned skywards, for there you have been and there you will long to return. -Leonardo da Vinci
likestojump 3 #2 March 20, 2012 I packed a dacron lined PD280 and Navigator 260 into a D6. My guess is that a 300ft F111 will fit, but may be a little tight, but definitely not impossible

riggerrob 643 #4 March 21, 2012 Dolphin D-7 (and Javelin J-7) is designed for popular student canopies in the 288 square foot range. This allows for easy packing and quick turn-arounds of student gear. You probably could pack a 300 square foot main into a D-6, but the question is: "How many times will you WANT to pack it per day?"
