I'm working tandem video at Byron on Saturday, and I'm going to work on my freefly skills with Chopchop at Monterey on Sunday.

I'm going to make my Hollister trip in conjunction with getting a new saddle for my beemer (bimmer, whatever) in the next couple of weeks. I'll definitely be out there prior to the DZ.com weekend.

It's ok, Sebazz, i'm aware of some of the issues. I totally agree with you that we can all stop lobbying for the dzs we jump at. When the time comes, i am sure you will pick the one most appropriate. We all know the pros and cons of each to include aircraft capacity.

so what if Hollister has an itty bitty wittle airplane with a Napoleon complex.. and Monterey has a cavernous otter that climbs to 15k in a heartbeat overlooking the coast JUST KIDDING - whatever you do, I'm in and it'll be fun.

Um Roy your not going to get the last word in on this one brother. You could have let it rest with my appology even though you where joking around. You should probably know that Hollister could support that "cavernous" Otter much better than Monterey can support it themselves. You see Hollister has these jumpers that show up at DZ that jump just for fun. We call them "Fun Jumpers". And you see if Hollister does not have any students like "tandems" or "AFF" Hollister can still fly with just their "Fun Jumpers" aka "Up Jumpers". Did I mention we have a view of the whole bay ourselves? DOH!

And subsequently there is a reason why Hollister has more "Fun Jumpers" even though Hollister has a smaller plane (quicker than your Otter BTW) and off airport landings. It's all about the love. Hollister love. Hmmmm there must be a lack of that "love" over on the coast...

Mike form Texas was coming out for work for a week. We talked and concluded we had enough people to take a shot at the record. Hollister being the home of many of the jumpers we would rely upon and the place he had so much fun at last time he visited it just seemed right. Then you and a couple of people step in a stir shit up. Especially you recently. I even appologized for the first time you got me heated up and you kept friggin yappin. You'll fit in just great over there. I'll let POP take over the DZ choice and I promise I'll lend a helping had as much as possible for the logistics / organizing.
