mccordia 74 #3 May 23, 2003 I never had any problems with my wrist untill my boss gave me one of those mouse and keyboard pads. After 3 days I just threw it aside, because my wrist was killing me. I gues it works wonders for some people, but for me it sucked bigtime. Making sure your arm rests on the whole table (so your not moving the mouse from your shoulder) is also something you could do to prevent rsi.JC FlyLikeBrick I'm an Athlete?
