sunnydee123 0 #1 May 27, 2003 Just a great big thank you to everyone who made this first trip away from "home" one I will not forget. Not only was it the busiest weekend of my skydiving "career" so far - 13 jumps in 2 days - but I saw some old friends, made some new friends and got to work on my free-flying with a whole range of great people. I posted on "Places to Go" also but since I'm bored and really wanted to chit chat - dropped a note here also.....Thanks to Trevor for everything (what a great surprise to exit my car and see that crazy green jumpsuit flying above me), thanks to Kenny and Ron for jumping with me lots and always making me feel like a "pro", thanks to skymama and chopchop for dealing with my slow ass fall rate, thanks to Libby for testing me and thanks to Jonny and the Zhills packing gang for the sweet openings when I gave up packing cause of the heat. This was a GREAT weekend!!! I'm sure I'll see everyone again soon. Can ya'll come to "Sebass" this weekend for my 100th? PLEEEEEEEEASE. Weather permitting - it WILL happen this weekend! Then I want to work on the stand. Then I want to practice some canopy stuff then I want to.....................There is just so many ways to go with this - will we ever get bored? DOUBT IT! Hopefully Chopchop will be able to post a still pic of our train video. Sorry I won't be able to join you this weekend for your 100th, I'll have my kids and I don't jump when I have them. I would LOVE a pic if it can happen. I have no free fly pics STILL....just crappy old AFF. I'll see ya again around I'm sure. Funny - Deland is the one other place I want to go right now, just cause of an offer I got....hee hee. I need someone to tell me why the hell I fall so slow - although my brand spanking new Pro-Track told me I maxed at 165 on one jump. Of course the jump I did with you and ChopCHop the max speed was 139..what the hell?! Oh well - great fun and big warm fuzzy smiles! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time... You might want to check with him to make sure he's going to be around though so you don't waste the trip. Chopchop's on the plane ride home right now.
