sfc 1 #1 May 29, 2003 ...two weeks ago. I sprained my ankle stepping in a hole in the LZ, not cool, and my gf took time out to drive me to get an x-ray just to check, luckly no broken bones. When we got back to the DZ she tried to get on a load, but it was full. The DZO heard about it and moved the tandem/student off the load so that she could get on. I've heard folks complain about this happening the other way around, so I just wanted to let everyone know one of the reasons that our DZ rocks. The DZO also offered me the use of any of the rental gear and his personal rig, for free, so I could jump again, figuring with a bad foot that a bigger canopy would help with the landings, although I didn't take up the offer it was really great.
