cgross 1 #29 June 1, 2003 Jimmy, I was looking at your profile... Why do you have both the A and the D listed? The only reason I could see is; if my A # was that low, I'd post it too!!!

They are both listed,, because I am proud of Both of them ... At the time I earned my A ('73 ).. the requirements for the D included a certain number of "60 second freefalls" ... like maybe 20 or 25.. anyway where I was jumping we seldom went above 7-5, cause there was always a long list on the manifest..and we jumped a 180... I didn't travel to much so had very few jumps at 12,500,,, I earned my B C and D licenses at the same time,, only years later,( early 80's) ,I had over 1,500 jumps when I got my B C and D...,,I don't list the B and C cause I can't remember the numbers.......I have 2 friends from along time ago... who are A 3915 and A 3916..... they were known as " the 5-5 boys"........ .. you could get a ride to 5,500 feet for 4 bucks,,,, then,, and these guys were real Jump and Pack and Jump and Pack types,,,,, so they always went to 5-5....hahaha...Man 20 bucks, would get you FIVE skydives AND five parachute rides hahahahaha..... tbrown (recent member of the dz dotcom fam. ) would remember that..... skydive enthusiastically jimmy USPA # 9452.........
