sunnydee123 0 #1 June 1, 2003 Well I did it, despite the crazy ass west winds that were whipping all day - I made my 100th and added one more to the log book as well. Had 5 free flier pals help me celebrate and a camera guy who forgot to turn his camera on for the stills but video is cool. Attempted a 6 person cup and saucer but lost 2 people on exit, one guy sunk WAY out and the other person worked her ass off to get to us - just as we hit 5,000 and had to break off. Good stuff, happy memories but no pie and honestly...I was kinda bummed. All this hype about PIE and getting PIED and tradition. SEEMED enough people knew the 100th was coming but no pie.....ho-hum. Just would have been some fun pics - maybe next time....what is that - jump 500. Thanks to the gang....Becca, Rory, Manuel, Marco and Kramer. GOOD TIMES! Dreams become reality, one choice at a time...
jerm 0 #2 June 1, 2003 that, my dear, is quite the shame indeed.... perhaps they knew you expected it, and are going for more of a surprise attack... or perhaps they're just negligent. in any event, keep us updated.. and if you're still pie-free by rantoul (if you're going), i'm sure i speak for many of us when i say you'll get your pie Landing without injury is not necessarily evidence that you didn't fuck up... it just means you got away with it this time

Just would have been some fun pics - maybe next time Ah, Grasshopper, you forget the Primary Rule Of Pie -- A pie knows no expiration date. One should never know when or from where the pie may come.... Faster horses, younger women, older whiskey, more money. Why do they call it "Tourist Season" if we can't shoot them? sunnydee123 0 #7 June 1, 2003 OOooooohhhh - I thought once the 100th (or whatever milestone jump) came and went it meant you were in the clear. I'm guessing it won't happen....got lots of congrats and a few old guys looking for smooches (of course I'm always game to make someones day.... but I am guessing it has come and gone and won't be another thought. Rantoul - think I am heading to Richmond instead of Rantoul this year but who knows what could happen if I hit the lottery between now and then. Regardless of no pieing - had a FUN ASS 100th! If you're past 100 and haven't been gotten then you are fair game until you are gotten. It took them until I was at about 170 jumps before I got pied for my 100th. You're not in the clear until you can't see clearly through whipped cream and other pie ingredients. "Your mother's full of stupidjuice!" AggieDave 6 #15 June 2, 2003 Noice! Congrats! Too bad you're still in FL or I'd been there that day with pie in hand for you (just as QTPi ). Hey, just because you didn't get it that day, doesn't mean its not coming next week or tomorrow or next month...you WILL be pied.--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline." ranchgirl 0 #16 June 2, 2003 Pieing is not all it's hyped up to be. The whipped cream I got on my 100th made my hair stink for 3 days even after 2 washes. One girl told me she had to CUT her hair bc the sour milk smell wouldn't go away! It really is very hard to wash out especially if you don't do it right away. I think I threw out my shirt bc by the time I went to wash it, it smelled so bad and apparently the oil from the whipped cream doesn't come out. But, it's still fun once though. Beware if you do come to Rantoul! I'll get 'cha! PS-Are you going to be in Sebastian this weekend. My youngest brother is graduating from school in Orlando and he and my middle brother are going to do their second tandem there! (I did my 2nd tandem with my 2 brothers there back in Nov. 01). You'll have to meet them, they're fun & cool and will have some friends jumping w/them too. They also like to stay at the Tiki Bar afterwards to drink...so you'll probably meet them. Bobby & Ricky are their names...they are 22 & 20 years old...How old are you SunnyDee? You can PM me back if you'd like!-Crystal
MagicLou 0 #17 June 2, 2003 Congratulations !!! I must say though that i'm a little jealous. I started junping Feb 15 2003 and i've only managed 12 jumps so far. (Winter in Canada is unpredictable to say the least) Any way a little know fact is that besides great beer, we also have lots of PIE. Just in case you're ever in the area. But if ya hug, make it a nice tight squeeze - pleeze! Pic of the gang who made my 100th sweet....Everyone was just waiting for me to slide on my ass since I was in all white - didn't happen. Wow, and in Monroe Ga, they use peas, baby food, mustard, and more gross stuff with whipped cream on top- tie you to a chair and -wallah- I believe / almost sure - that Pyke the Kiwi Lesbian has photos and VIDEO. I barely got Levin on his 1000, I just silly stringed him. However, a little part is still on my cathedral ceiling in the kitchen. Of course then he silly stringed my dog. Lozer.
