At least these 20,000 folks covered their butt and did not get caught. While they may engage in so called insider trading, when they got rich, they spreaded the wealth by helping other small players make some money too.

Martha on the other hand, I think (and just my opinion) is plain greedy. I think she's got a huge ego as well. And when you want it all, and can't get enough, just prepare for the hard fall. She probably pissed off enough people that when she off-loaded her Imclone shares right before it tanked, that opportunity gave someone enough dirt to take her out.

Now even her Martha Stewart Inc stocks are going to take a hit. I guess she can take all the stock certificates and wallpaper her cell.
