what protein energy drink do you "use"

I don't know about creatine, I've heard some bad things about it, like as soon as you go off it you start to lose all you gained, and that all it does is pump water to your muscles. What do you think?

In terms of non supplimental wieght gain products a good energy drink is TREK. It works like a charm, about 10 minutes after you drink it you actually start to feel like you have all of you energy back again. I used it in conjunction with Myoplex lite. Other times I just use it on it's own after a ultimate game.

caffeine? I actually saw a freaking energy drink that had caffeine in it. Was marked as a "recovery drink". My ass, first time I drank it I started like getting hyper and shit from the caffeine, and I was like HELL YEAH THIS STUFF ROCKS! Then I looked on the label and got pissed offf.

Let me run out to the car to get the label and read it off. I don't belive that this drink is all caffine, it doesn't hit you fast enough and isn't very sweet, as cafine is usually combined wth sugar. This drink is actually quite awful but gets the job done and leaves you feeling great.
