wingnut 0 #6 June 8, 2003 wow... i feel very special today.....sis's first post in forever and it is about me.... wooohoooo... as yes i can claim beacon number 1 for skydive utah.. but sadly i m only becon nmber 28 for the airport.......well actually it's a new beacon so i guessi coul claim both #1 numbers.......... we had a wedding last night at the dz..... the bride and groom bought a whole dc-3 load for after the ceremony.. with jumpers and spectators we packed it with as many people as we had seat belts for 42 (with more seatbelts we can carry 50+) and had a great time..... then they busted out the food and beer and it was a good time..... the bride's "dress" was awsome.. she made it herself, a white jumpsuit with grippers and lace and bows and it was functional.. the groom wore a blue jumpsuit and the wedding party wore blue and white hawiian shirts...... wednesday the new couple will be heading to hawaii and hopefully making a few jumpsa out there...... best wishes to them......... p.s. met some people startingup a new dz about 5 minutes from my house... they are gona have a cessna 207... wooo hooo new jump plane to add to my list.......8 people is it's max load.... ______________________________________ "i have no reader's digest version" Quote Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
