Muenkel 0 #1 June 11, 2003 I have to admit that tardiness is a problem for me. I'm due at work at 9:00am and here it is, 8:13am, I'm drinking my coffee in my boxers, still haven't taken a shower or shaved yet and it is a 40 minute drive to work. How does one overcome tardiness? Who made up the word "tardiness?" Is the fact that I am tardy a subconscious admission that I don't want to go to work, even though when I get there I will just do exactly what I am doing right now which just may be the cause of my tardiness? At least when I get to work late, I will at least be showered, shaved, smelling nice and not just wearing my boxers. "Tardy", what a stupid word. My last review in April, I received on a scale of 1 thru 10, all 8's, 9, and 10's except for one category; Tardiness. That one I only received a 5.5.
