SCO sues IBM over Unix code in the Linux kernel, and MS decides to 'license' IP from SCO, funneling God knows how much money their way to help them out in the lawsuit, is coincidental timing?!? And they won't stop until they succeed in destroying Linux... honestly, has MS ever lost a battle? With enough money and lobbying, you can even defeat the US government!
