AFF update: C-1 failed, C-1 passed

Tell me about it buddy.:P

The thing that really bugs me is that I was very altitude aware on A and B, I mean perfect! This time the spin was so bad I was completely disoriented and couldn't see the altimeter clearly. You know I found out that my jumpmaster was wondering if I lost consciousness, and he couldn't dock with me. Of course when he saw me pull the chute he realized I was conscious. Then, my ground instructor thought I bounced because I wasn't moving for a little while. Really scary shit.:(:(

But I have to remind myself, that I did nail the jump the second time.

I'm really working on figuring out what I can learn from this experience. Not that I haven't already learned a lot, but I really need to process it.

one thing you can learn!!!!

RELAX!!! if you were more relaexed I bet you woulda arched!
once your out there is nothing to be afriad of. youre already dead...unless you do somthing to change it;)

( i dont mean that to sound scary)

but if you know that there is a chance you could die and JUMP anyway, then why be tense. smile and do what you have to to stay out of the incident forum.
if you start spinning... SMILE! it will send a vibe of relaxation through your body!(at least its always worked for me!)
the best jump you can have is one that you enjoy.B|

I know you're right JT. It's all about teaching the brain to defy itself. The brain doesn't think it is normal to jump out of a perfectly good airplane.

Thanks for your support.

And Sunshine, I learned that sexy accent from JT. We're both Long Guylanders.

Thanks arlo and thanks for giving Mike my message. I did hear from him.

This is not going to beat me. No tunnel injuries, no uncontrollable spins, no shoulder injuries and no spacing out my alti awareness. Next jump I am in control!!!!
