Michele 1 #1 June 29, 2003 Katharine Hepburn, once called "box office poison" because of her penchant of speaking her mind and picking her own route through life, passed away today at the age of 96. Nominated 12 times for an Oscar and winner 4 times, she died peacefully at her home in Connecticutt. I have incredible childhood memories of this indomitable, beautiful, elegant and classy lady, who touched the hearts of millions of people, encountered the most amazing love with Spencer Tracy, and lived her life her way on her terms. Blue skies, Katharine, and thanks for all of it. Ciels- Michele ~Do Angels keep the dreams we seek While our hearts lie bleeding?~
