Thanks for all the love guys. Ya'll rock! It feels like it has been a tough year, but actually it has only been a week and a half.

Dr Amy rocks especially when the guy said surgery, well, I freaked. Thankfully Lisa showed up not long after that and called her for me. Even high on morphine I wasn't going to sign for surgery. Not long after, Amy and Viking were there, then we were back to the Bombshelter...I really don't remember much about that. Lori was a sweetie and again took me in for the night. She is a wonderful hostess even if she wouldn't let me make up my bed. Lisa again transported me to the airport in all that traffic.

UPDATE just back from the er here where i saw an orthopedic and got more x rays. He looked at the first xrays from Sun and said it was a broken radial neck even then but the other jumps most likely pulled ligaments thus the chips on the films from tonight. it has swollen to several times normal which was causing the pain in the splint. something about blue fingers he put a new splint on that seems to be helping.

bad news is he says i will most likly loose some mobility in my elbow so he has recommended i find another hobby. personally i think he is full of sh*t so i'm sitting here trying to work the muscles inside the splint ....we'll see. he also commented i was not a 'patient patient"....he ain't seen nothing yet.

Sorry to hear your arm was broken and not just bruised. There sure was a lot of pushing and shoving on your plane. Both Bytch and Cindy from Lexington were also shoved into the bulkhead on exit and got bruised pretty good.

Heal quickly and exercise that elbow as soon as the splint comes off. Key to mobility is aggressive use of the arm as soon as possible.
