Toggle grips?

Recommended Posts

ha ha!
OK well thanks for all the info.
Yeah as it stands now I'm a three figner man.
As in pinky out when holding my toggles.
It works, not the most comfy thing in the world but it works.
And if that is all there is then I will just live with it.
No need to reinvent the wheel for a few minutes of comfort!

But hey how about installing those magnets in the toggles and magnets on the risers so that they stick together and I can use hot glue gun to do this and it will look great...............

Guess it's better than you hand sewing something together with fishing line........

Long as they LOOK COOL who cares how they 'feel'!

Wonder why no one has sewn flames on toggles before? It'll make the canopy fly faster and flares will become more powerful.;)

Flaming toggles? I mean....isn't that a little....you know....dorky?

no more dorky than a misogynistic engineer with a shaved head. ;)

Everything else in skydiving and motorcycles has flames, why not toggles?
Like I said before, it'll make your canopy fly faster with more powerful flares. And chicks dig scars.

All of the above statements are equally accurate.

Well when you put it that way! You may be right! I do need a more powerful flare! And will these flames allow me to learn how to maybe even swoop a 210 Triathlon! And turf surf like the sexy hot man that I am! All the while causing my testicular mass to increase exponentially!

If so...hell yeah! WAIT! How about fuzzy toggle grips!

Ok back on track, I don't have the blue skies magazine here at work with me....i know shame on me...but that photo looked great! Not only was it a very nice shot but those toggles looked big and comfy. And for a dork who pulls at 5kft and hangs out as if he were some sort of retarded paraglider....comfy toggles do sound sexy!

There are two schools of thought on gloves, ...

"

...................................................................
.. the French school of thought ... and the wrong school of thought.
The French banned tiny handles about five years ago.

IOW if you buy tiny, delicate, sissified toggles, cutaway handles, etc. they may work great during the summer, but will be difficult to grasp while wearing thick winter gloves.
I have survived thousands of jumps with bulky, ski gloves, but that is because I never bought the latest - and tiniest - fashion on handles.

Holy thread drift Batman!

I always thought that flames were dreamt up by auto body repair men who were too lazy to repaint the entire car.
Dent one corner of the car.
Pound the dent flush.
Paint on a few flames.
Tell the masses that flames are more "sexy" than re-painting the entire car.

Hey...quote my ENTIRE post. I stayed on track. Both times. :P
I even offered a packing tip to make the toggles open at deployment.
I'm a big fan of wide toggles.
With or without flames.
CRW toggles would be stylin' with flames. Or rainbows. Whatever. :P
