The only thing better than your first jump from an Otter...

Recommended Posts

Is your first jump for a Bell 407>:(B|

Being coached by David Brown, no less, on my sit wasn't too shabby either. He did his best with me, even though I couldn't even hold a stable sit yet. He called me cartwheel man:S. He took video of me, and even though you can see the horizon going every which way I'm in the perfect center of the shot.

Oh, and I got my A finally. Yes, there will be beer. Lots and lots of beer.

Skydiving is easy. All you have to do is relax while plummetting at 120 mph from 10,000' with nothing but some nylon and webbing to save you.

Let me just say that my current home dropzone has a rather slow progression, and leave it at that.

Get your ass down there next weekend then, cause Dave is gonna be there. The chopper was really cool, but missing an opportunity to talk to Dave would be a shame. And you can join the drinking of the keg of beer I'm going to get;)

I'm going to officially switch to Burnaby as my home dropzone as soon as I arrange someone else to do the stuff I was doing for STI. I was like a kid in a candy store. Twin Otters rockB|

Lets not bash anyone on a public forum. There are good people at STI, and the Chows are trying very hard to get a business going. Good on them. My, and it looks like a lot of others, future is at Burnaby. Nuff said.
