pop 0 #1 July 13, 2003 I finally got to California today. SwoopySwoop picked me up from the airport and we took off to jump at Hollister. I am living with Sebazz at his place in Palo Alto. Seb has a real nice place here and the city is neat as well. No more hot Texas humidity .7 ounce wonders, music and dogs that are not into beer
Shotgun 1 #2 July 13, 2003 Welcome to California! Although I was just sitting here wishing I was back home in Texas where they're about to get pounded with rain! This damn 100+ weather is miserable (I live out near Perris)... at least Palo Alto is a bit cooler I think. Time for me to move out of the freakin' desert! dterrick 0 #4 July 13, 2003 Hey Pop! Welcome.... I'm just visiting in Belmont and will likely catch up with you and the crowd at the next bar-hopping beer-fest later this week. I gotta agree with you that the relative lack of humidity is a godsend- back home when we hit the 80's the humidex is often over 100. Here, I just quitely and not-so-slowly fried myself in the UV's in blissful ignorance to how hot it "really" is. -Dave Life is very short and there's no time for fussing and fighting my friend (Lennon/McCartney)

However, I am glad you are here. __________________________________________________ What would Vic Mackey do?

AggieDave 6 #13 July 14, 2003 Do you still have your SD Aggieland sticker on your car? We got a call on Saturday from someone on a cellphone from California who had just seen a bumper sticker and called us with questions. Needless to say, that'd be one HELL of a drive to come out and do a tandem...--"When I die, may I be surrounded by scattered chrome and burning gasoline."
